The Women Intermediate Ministry is a sisterhood of women (41-59 years old) who are members of the First South Florida Baptist District Association. We work together in Christian love to exemplify the love of Christ and to nurture a spirit of goodwill toward mankind.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Women Intermediate Auxiliary is to:

• Establish and maintain fellowship among Christian women

• Provide spiritual leadership and development

• Engage in church and community service projects

• Carrying out the Great Commission of God through evangelism; be it spiritually, financially, educationally, culturally, or socially throughout our local communities and abroad.

Our Activities

As Women Intermediate Auxiliary, we sponsor programs, implement initiatives, and support causes that reflect God’s love for His people and meet the needs of our local and extended communities. Our activities are mission-based and focus on building sisterhood, mentoring girls, reaching the lost, supporting our local church, and learning more about Jesus.

If would like to start a WIA Ministry in your church follow the steps below

Pray - He will be our guide through this process. I ask to you proceed carefully, yielding always to the Holy Spirit and not to the steps that follow on this page.

Request Approval - You must get approval from the Pastor and/or staff at your church. The Bible is very clear about our responsibility to submit to the authorities God has put in place. See Titus 3:1, Hebrews 13:17, and 1 Corinthians 1:10.

Build A Team - In the spirit of Ecclesiastes 4:12 (a cord of three strands is not easily broken) you need to begin to prayerfully recruit a team.
